Our annual Summer Institute on Food, Farming, Culture and Education (FFCE) has inspired and informed teachers, farmers, chefs, and community organizers from throughout the Pacific Northwest in creating edible education and farm-school programs. For the past five years, this unique, placed based professional learning experience has been situated amidst the natural beauty and agricultural richness of Day Road Farms, the oldest and largest working landscapes on Bainbridge Island.
